You’ll catch the auto-renewal before it triggers, find the 40 unused seats before the true-up, and push back on a vendor’s price increase with data in hand. You’ll join a small, fast-moving GRC and vendor management team. You won’t be inheriting a rigid process you’re expected to follow. Many of our processes are still being built, and you’ll help shape them. This role will report to our Senior Program Manager. How we work: Detail-obsessed, because it matters. A missed date or a wrong seat count costs real money, and you treat it that way. You spot savings and risks early and arrive with a recommended solution. Direct and kind. You’re professional and firm with vendors, and warm and responsive with colleagues. Internal teams are your customers. Self-directed and adaptable. You keep many threads moving at once, learn fast, and stay steady when priorities shift. Honest and reliable. You do what you say you’ll do and treat people well.
