Site Reliability Engineer

Description: Hozah is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own the production platform and ensure uptime and reliability of parking and payments systems. The role involves managing GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response processes. Requirements: Experience in production reliability for a Kubernetes-based platform in the last 12-24 months. Proficiency in infrastructure as code (preferably Terraform) and CI/CD pipeline management. Proven track record of reducing cloud costs and maintaining them. Experience setting up on-call and incident response processes. Ability to build observability and service level objectives that drive actionable fixes. Strong collaboration skills with product engineers and experience using AI tools in operations. Benefits: Fully remote working within the UK or access to a London office.
