About this role

This position will support our O&M / Sustainment agile development program by overseeing the agile requirements development and management including defining customers’ mission and problem needs. The candidate for this position is responsible for leading the requirements gathering process and ensuring that solutions are aligned with customers’ mission needs and the ServiceNow platform. Clearance:Must be U.S. Citizen to be eligible for DoD Secret security clearance. Core Work Hours: 7:00 am

4:00 pm (EST) Monday – Friday, except Government Holidays Primary Responsibilities include: Facilitate, coordinate, and engage with customer mission and product owners to identify, define, and create respective use cases to generate the requirements and acceptance criteria needed for the user stories. Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, document them, and translate them into technical solutions and supporting acceptance criteria. Demonstrate ServiceNow (including Platform, ITSM+, HAM, and WSD ) configuration knowledge (e.g. user / group, catalog items, workflow, etc) on various technical meetings with the customers and program team to derive identification and define clear use cases leading to development of epics, themes, and technical requirements and acceptance criteria. Develop and update the Software Requirements Document with detailed technical and functional specifications for each user story requirements. Assist with scope definition and level of effort estimation working with Solutions Architect and SCRUM Master. Identify the critical requirements/use cases that need to be routinely regression tested Qualifications: 7+ years of ServiceNow platform and configuration knowledge and experiences. Excellent oral and written communication skills, team work, and customer engagement experience. Requirements development and management in an Agile Environment including sprint planning, management, backlog grooming, and user story development. 7+ years of experience working as Requirements Specialist supporting an Agile Development Program
