You’re confident experimenting with AI tools and automation to improve your productivity and the effectiveness of the wider team. Ownership and independence: You’re proactive, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities, making informed decisions, and driving work forward with autonomy. Collaboration and influence: You’re a team player who can build productive relationships across functions and geographies, influence without direct authority, and bring people together around a shared objective. Nice to have: Experience marketing technology solutions to financial crime, fraud, AML, compliance, or risk management teams. Experience with public sector, government, defence, or law enforcement markets. Familiarity with enterprise data technologies, graph databases, advanced analytics, or AI.
