About Rad AI At Rad AI, we’re on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. Founded by a radiologist, our AI-driven solutions are revolutionizing radiology—saving time, reducing burnout, and improving patient care. With one of the largest proprietary radiology report datasets in the world, our AI has helped uncover hundreds of new cancer diagnoses and reduced error rates in tens of millions of radiology reports by nearly 50%. Rad AI has secured over $140M in funding, including a recently oversubscribed Series C ($68M round) led by Transformation Capital, bringing our valuation to $528M. Our investors include Khosla Ventures, World Innovation Lab, Gradient Ventures, Cone Health Ventures, and others—all backing our mission to empower physicians with cutting-edge AI. Our latest advancements in generative AI are used by thousands of radiologists daily, supporting more than one-third of radiology groups and healthcare systems and nearly 50% of all medical imaging in the U.S. at partners including Cone Health, Jefferson Einstein Health, Geisinger, Guthrie Healthcare System, and Henry Ford Health. Recognized as one of the most promising healthcare AI companies by CB Insights and AuntMinnie, and ranked by Deloitte as the 19th fastest-growing company in North America, we are building AI-powered solutions that make a real impact. Most recently, Rad AI was named to CNBC’s Disruptor 50 list, highlighting the innovation and momentum behind our mission. Why Join Us: Comprising both radiology and AI expertise, Rad AI’s stellar team builds products that maximize radiologist productivity, ultimately making healthcare more widely accessible and improving patient outcomes. Join our team and help us make a positive impact on radiology, patient lives, and healthcare around the world. What You’ll Be Doing: Own customer adoption outcomes Own go-live readiness and stabilization: Lead product training and support go-live stabilization through adoption engagement with customer admins and radiologists, so customers go live on time and sustain usage. Drive post-go-live adoption: Stay engaged after stabilization to deepen and sustain product adoption across radiologists and customer stakeholders. Act as a radiology workflow consultant: Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational stakeholders, translating customer-specific radiology workflows into optimized product configurations and adoption strategies — not just training delivery. Conduct workflow discovery and gap analysis: Lead structured pre- and post-go-live workflow assessments with radiologists, department leads, and IT stakeholders to identify friction points, configuration needs, and adoption risks. Partner with strategic accounts: Serve as a trusted product partner for strategic, high-visibility customers, bringing the workflow depth and credibility to engage senior clinical and operational leaders. Be the product expert Master Rad AI Reporting and Impressions: Develop deep functional knowledge of both products — key features, core workflows, integrations, and best-practice recommendations — and stay current on new features, tools, and integrations, sharing that knowledge with the Implementation team. Own template and configuration standards: Own the configuration of customer templates and maintain reusable templates and best practices, so implementations are consistent and scale. Build training and enablement content: Create and maintain training materials for customers and for the Implementation team. Close the loop across the company Be the voice of the customer: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technical Support to resolve customer issues, and bring customer feedback and adoption patterns back to Product to inform the roadmap. Respond to product-related questions from customers and internal stakeholders. Support the sales process with clinical workflow expertise: When needed, join clinical workflow assessments during the sales process, helping translate prospect needs into implementation requirements. Who We’re Looking For: Prior hands-on experience in a radiology or imaging environment, including direct familiarity with radiologist reporting workflows, PACS, and/or dictation systems. Ability to engage clinical stakeholders — including radiologists and department leads — with credibility, adapting communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences. 4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience with an emphasis on product expertise and/or industry knowledge. Strong organizational skills to prioritize competing priorities, deliver outcomes on a timeline, and build out needed documentation. Excellent people/relationship management, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to facilitate engaging and effective customer training. Practical working knowledge of SaaS solutions, implementations, and technical concepts. Eagerness to continuously learn, adapt, improve, and help others do so in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to build and maintain relationships with all functions and areas of the company to share in challenges and successes, and work collaboratively towards common goals.
