Description: UFORCE is seeking a Lead Engineer, Air to take technical ownership of their first Western-facing air product, focusing on reliability and manufacturability. The role involves hands-on leadership, integrating engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to resolve challenges and ensure successful product delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in UAS engineering, leading the delivery of complete air vehicles or integrated UAS products. Strong systems integration skills across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces. Experience in transitioning aerial products from prototype to repeatable production. Track record in reliability testing and diagnosing flight failures. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence delivery outcomes. Understanding of cost implications of design decisions and operational awareness of UAS design factors. Willingness to travel regularly for collaboration with teams and customers.
