Senior AI Engineer - Chat & Agent Systems

Description: Play a central role in the chat team as a Senior AI Engineer. Shape technical direction, system design, and maintain engineering quality. Support junior developers through design guidance and code reviews. Requirements: Approximately 4–5 years of professional software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with production systems. Ability to create useful abstractions and maintain simplicity in designs. Experience with API design, data modeling, and observability. Hands-on experience building LLM or agentic applications. Strong communication skills and mentoring experience.
