Cybersecurity Lead / Security Engineering & Compliance Lead

Description: Lead and oversee Irth's cybersecurity program, ensuring strong security practices and adherence to standards. Serve as a cybersecurity practitioner and policy leader, collaborating with engineering, IT, and executive teams. Requirements: 8+ years in cybersecurity engineering or operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS. Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud security, IAM, and vulnerability management. Proven ability to lead incident response and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
