Senior Backend Engineer (.NET / Python / Azure)

Description: Senior Backend Engineer role focused on building middleware APIs for an AI-assisted KYC platform. Work with a Big4 Consultancy group on projects involving AI-driven transformation and financial crime prevention. Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs. Practical experience with Python, ideally FastAPI or similar frameworks. Experience in building and integrating REST APIs and enterprise services. Familiarity with messaging/queues and asynchronous integration patterns. Proficient in Docker, Git, and Azure DevOps CI/CD. Experience writing unit and integration tests for production services.
