Recruitment Specialist

Position Objective Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions simultaneously, ensuring the identification, assessment, and presentation of qualified candidates within established timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct client intake meetings to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles. Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms and job boards. Proactively source candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms. Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews. Assess candidates' competencies, experience, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to clients. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from all stakeholders. Manage multiple vacancies across different industries simultaneously. Meet recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and placement targets.
