Senior Data Scientist

Description: Join Phantom as a Senior Data Scientist to shape consumer products through analysis, experimentation, and data. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to understand user behavior and guide product decisions. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in data science or product analytics with a proven record of influencing product decisions. Strong foundation in statistics and practical experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests. Advanced SQL and Python skills for data exploration and statistical analysis. Familiarity with dbt, data modeling, and modern data platforms, including orchestration tools like Dagster. Experience using AI coding tools such as Codex or Cursor in workflows.
