Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Full-Stack)

Description: Join Dscout to build a powerful UX research platform used by top brands across various industries. Work on Dscout AI Training & Evals to create human data and evaluations for AI models. Collaborate with AI labs and product teams to solve unique problems and deliver real-world AI use data. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in shipping production full-stack software. Experience with technical customers as a forward deployed engineer or similar role. Proficient in building and running data pipelines and hands-on experience with AI coding agents. Familiarity with LLMs and ability to reason about non-deterministic behavior. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
