Solution Architect

Description: Lead technical efforts in pre-sales and post-sales environments. Design and scope 2501 agent deployments tailored to customer infrastructures. Conduct POCs and pilots, integrating with customer observability stacks. Serve as a trusted technical advisor connecting product and field teams. Requirements: Strong background in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE. Experience in customer-facing roles, capable of architecting and demonstrating solutions. Bilingual in French and English, residing in or near Paris (no visa sponsorship available). Experience in MSP, startups, or tech scaleups is a plus.
