AI Engineer

Description: Senior/Staff Engineer position focused on AI Agents and Production Reliability for an AI marketing platform for dental practices. Responsible for ensuring production reliability, debugging, and monitoring of AI agents and integrations. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in building and operating production systems with incident ownership. Hands-on experience with LLM applications in production, including debugging and evaluations. Proficient in Python and TypeScript, with experience in event-driven services and databases like MongoDB or Postgres. Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours and based in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, or the UK as an independent contractor.
