Staff Product Engineer, Backend (LATAM)

Description: Lead high-impact projects in the Financial Operations (FinOps) team at Moxie. Provide technical leadership and own major architectural decisions. Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering peers on payments and transactions systems. Requirements: 8-12 years of backend engineering experience, including senior or staff level. Proven experience in leading large initiatives and influencing architecture. Depth in financial, payments, or transactions systems. Strong backend and API design judgment. Record of influencing architecture and establishing engineering standards. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively. Fluency with AI tooling in software development.
