Conduct customer discovery through interviews, data analysis, and close collaboration with global and regional sales teams, partners, and MSPs to uncover high-value network security and management problems worth solving. Drive go-to-market planning in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success, including enablement on use cases and differentiators. Define and track key product metrics, such as Sophos Central firewall onboarding and adoption, managed-firewall attach rate, and operational efficiency, using data to inform decisions and communicate results to stakeholders.
