Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. About the team
The Global Sales Enablement team helps Stripe’s sales teams develop the knowledge and skills to support our users effectively. We build onboarding and ongoing learning experiences covering Stripe’s products, sales processes and tools, sales skills, and business knowledge.
We work with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to turn complex information into practical learning resources. Through self-serve content, practice, and feedback, we help sellers build and apply skills in their day-to-day work.

You’ll design, build, and maintain learning content that gives Stripe’s sales teams a consistent foundation for their work. Your projects will include e-learning modules, blended learning resources, and performance support tools that help sellers learn new concepts and apply them.
Working with enablement teammates and subject matter experts, you’ll clarify learning needs, develop content using established frameworks, and improve materials based on feedback and learning data. You’ll manage your assigned projects, communicate progress, and keep content accurate as products and processes evolve.
