Senior Bioinformatics & Genomics Data System Engineer

Description: Key member of the Data Science Production Engineering (DSPE) DevOps team responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and updating software tools and data platforms. Ensure timely delivery of robust software systems and contribute to system architecture and infrastructure design. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred. 6+ years of relevant experience (3+ years with a Master's, 2+ years with a Doctorate). Experience in regulated environments (CLIA/FDA) and in Software Engineering or DevOps teams. Proficiency in Python, AWS services, RDBMS systems, and bioinformatics file types.
