How You’ll Make An Impact In this role, you’ll own a national portfolio of existing Boomi customers in our Emerging Market segment. These are high-growth organisations across every industry where Boomi is already in place and the room to expand is significant. Some accounts are early in their use of the platform and others are ready to take it much further. Your job is to work out which is which, put your time where the revenue is, and lead strategic conversations with CIOs and technology leaders. Those conversations cover where their applications, data and AI plans are heading, and how Boomi gets them there. Many of these customers run lean IT teams, so the role goes beyond selling. You’ll help them build their own capability on the platform, bring in the education and services that get them moving, and grow Boomi’s footprint by making them successful. This is a hybrid role based in our Sydney office, with three days a week in the office and semi-regular travel to meet customers across Australia. What You’ll Do Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts across all industries, driving expansion through upsell and cross-sell Prioritise your portfolio with sound commercial judgement, putting your time where revenue potential is greatest Act as a credible advisor to CIOs and senior technology leaders on integration, data and AI strategy Build relationships at three levels in every account: the people setting business strategy, the people setting IT strategy, and the hands-on builders who drive adoption of the platform Create new opportunities inside your accounts through structured discovery, rather than waiting for demand to show up Shape phased proposals that get customers started quickly and build towards a larger footprint over time Help customers build internal capability through Boomi education and services, with a clear view of their budget constraints Bring in cross-functional resources such as solutions engineering, professional services and customer success to meet customer needs Build and run account plans, forecast accurately, and keep pipeline and account metrics up to date The Experience You Bring 2+ years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role, with a consistent record of hitting target Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions, ideally in infrastructure, integration, data or platform software Confidence leading conversations with CIOs and senior executives, and the technical fluency to discuss application landscapes, cloud deployment, data strategy and AI adoption credibly Tenacity to find and build new opportunities within existing accounts A consultative style: you ask sharp questions, listen more than you talk, and tailor the solution to where the customer actually is Experience with a structured qualification methodology such as MEDDPICC Strong organisation and self-direction, with the discipline to manage a broad portfolio and plan customer travel efficiently Full working rights in Australia Compensation and Benefits Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) range is $174,720 to $218,400 AUD annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. #LI-DF1 Be Bold. Be You. Be Boomi.
