Description: Atlan is building the context layer for enterprise AI, addressing the challenge of AI understanding business context around data. The role involves developing infrastructure for AI agents, including building platforms and vertical agents that operate within the enterprise. Requirements: Proven experience in building software systems and shipping 0→1 products or platforms into production. Hands-on experience with agents or LLM systems, including tracing issues back to context or decisions. Ability to design for failure and ensure production reliability, latency, cost, and security. Strong systems judgment and experience working autonomously in small teams. Bonus: Experience with agent frameworks, knowledge graphs, eval suites, and leading AI adoption in teams.
