You ask questions, seek feedback, and are excited to keep leveling up alongside a world‑class team. • Hunger and grit • You love chasing ambitious goals, solving hard problems, and sticking with it when things get tough. • Positive energy and team spirit • You lift the people around you, not drain them. You can work autonomously, manage your time well, and stay focused on what matters most. Experience that helps you hit the ground running. • A background in relationship management, account management, sales, or working closely with customers. • Experience in dairy or the wider ag sector is a bonus, but not a deal breaker if you bring strong learning agility and a genuine passion for helping farmers succeed. • A foundation of business acumen and a willingness to deepen it on the job. • If you’re excited by the idea of working with an exceptional South Island team, spending time on farm with great people, and helping farmers become leaders in productivity and sustainability, we’d love to hear from you.
