Senior QA Engineer

Description: Join the Service Charter team at SwingDev, a Polish branch of Hippo Insurance, focusing on enhancing home insurance through technology. Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and operations teams to support customer interactions and manage customer data. Requirements: 5+ years of QA experience, particularly in manual testing (Black Box, White Box, Grey Box). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including integration, functional, end-to-end, and API testing (Postman). Experience with test case design, execution, and reporting for complex systems. Familiarity with test case management tools (preferably XRay) and good analytical skills. Excellent command of English and basic Polish; availability for afternoon shifts (until 8 PM) three times a week. Benefits: Salary range of 18,000 – 23,000 PLN + VAT on B2B.
