Senior BMC Helix ITSM Engineer

What will make this opportunity a good fit for you ✅ Teleworking You will work remotely, without regular travel. ✅ Jornada de 8:00 a 17:00 A schedule aligned with the usual operations of the project. ✅ Stack especializado You will work with BMC Helix ITSM, AR System, Smart IT, Digital Workplace Catalog, REST/SOAP, SQL y Helix Dashboard . ✅ Specialization with impact You will have a relevant role in development, configuration, workflows and integrations on BMC Helix. ✅ SBA de 39.400 € Annual gross salary band of up to 39.400 € . 🤝 What it is like to work with SCI ServiClients ✅ Closeness and support Direct communication, follow-up and backing whenever you need it. ✅ Autonomy Room to contribute experience, judgment and initiative. ✅ Stability and growth Professional continuity and access to different projects and technology environments. 🎯 Role mission You will take part in the development, evolution and integration of BMC Helix ITSM SaaS , with a special focus on ARS, Smart IT, Digital Workplace Catalog e integraciones API REST . 💡 What your day-to-day will look like in this project ▫️ Develop and configure solutions on BMC Helix ITSM / AR System . ▫️ Crear workflows con Active Links, Filters y Escalations . ▫️ Work with Smart IT and progressive views . ▫️ Build services in Digital Workplace Catalog . ▫️ Configure bidirectional integrations using REST/SOAP . ▫️ Work with SQL y Helix Dashboard . 🌱 What will help you succeed in this position Main requirements: University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Sciences, with the equivalences indicated for Technical Engineering, Diploma or CFGS. Más de 5 years of experience with BMC Helix ITSM , at least 3 in a SaaS environment. ITIL certification and functional knowledge of ITIL processes. Solid experience with motor ARS y workflows . Experience with Smart IT, vistas progresivas y Digital Workplace Catalog . Experience in REST API integrations with external systems.
