To fill a vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of Technical Service Specialist. Main responsibilities : Carrying out installations, upgrades, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics and repair of laboratory equipment Коммуникация с заказчиками Advising company employees on equipment Completing administrative tasks within prescribed deadlines and informing the manager of any difficulties that arise; strict adherence to quality regulations Tracking the spare parts used Completing and submitting service reports, ensuring data accuracy, working in the SRM system Interacting with customers' service specialists to ensure better quality of support Complying with company rules regarding discipline and communication ethics Profile of a successful candidate : Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems of customers Ability to prioritize and manage assigned service tasks under time constraints Skills in working and interacting within a cross-functional team Balance between technical expertise and customer communication skills A bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline At least 1 year of experience in repair, maintenance and diagnostics of medical equipment (preferably with laboratory equipment) You can expect : Insurance programs; Competitive salary; Attractive bonus program; Foreign language training.
