- Luxury assets (Yacht/Private jet/Helicopter crews)
- Hospitality (Villa manager, Director of Guest Experience..) What You'll Do: Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end , from intake call to closed offer. Track pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks early. Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with candidates. Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date. Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Fluent in English and Russian , spoken and written. Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus. Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently. Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information. Organised and able to manage several open roles at once. Self-directed and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team. Benefits Direct exposure to the UHNWI world: you'll work closely with talents that support ultra-high-net-worth households. A remote-first lifestyle, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere while being part of a world-class, high-performance team. Medical coverage to support your well-being. Fully sponsored international team-building retreats 1 time per year in stunning destinations around the world: designed to inspire, connect, and reward top performance.
