Job Roles & Responsibilities• Attending briefings/ training's on the Authority’s Central Based Care Services • Preparing for and conducting Audits on Central Based Care Services • Preparing for and conducting Assessments on Central Based Care Service • Performing data entry, analyses and preparation of the reports • Reviewing Central Based Care Service providers’ improvement plans and critical rectifications • Conducting factual investigations and responding to Central Based Care Service Service providers RequirementsJob Requirements• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy • Must be Full/Restricted registration with AHPC.
