Network Engineer - Tier 3

Description: Provide enterprise-level support for AppGate's Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solution. Collaborate with customers' IT teams and internal teams to ensure effective deployment and troubleshooting of the security solution. Requirements: Experience in configuring and managing complex networks, including IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols. At least five years of technical support or network engineering experience, with two years in an escalation (L3) role. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
