Lead AI Engineer - ML/LLM Ops & Agentic AI

Description: Lead AI Engineer role focused on building and scaling AI-driven platform capabilities in the Data & AI Platform Engineering team. Responsible for driving LLMOps roadmap and agentic use cases while leading a small team of engineers. Requirements: Proven experience in building production agentic systems and strong command of AI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK). High proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with MLOps tools (Databricks, MLflow) and backend services (Azure, Kubernetes). Solid ML foundations and ability to critically assess new approaches; experience with graph ML or claims data is a plus. Strong software design skills with experience in OOP and writing maintainable code. Leadership experience in managing technical contributors and initiatives. Fluency in English; French is a plus.
