Develop and execute testing strategies to validate data integrity, system functionality, and migration accuracy throughout deployment. Improve staging and testing environments by implementing reproducible synthetic or masked datasets to support reliable testing and deployment procedures. Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize backend processes, and contribute to system reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate directly with an international engineering team, communicate progress and blockers, and independently manage assigned development tasks. Participate in daily stand-ups, technical discussions, and weekly team meetings, maintaining consistent communication with European-based colleagues. Solid experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, APIs, and database-driven applications. Experience working with subscription management, order processing, payment integrations, or transactional systems.
