Required We value demonstrable capabilities over specific years of experience. While 4–6 years of relevant experience is ideal, candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills will also be considered. Strong technical proficiency, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex, incomplete, or inconsistent datasets to produce reliable analyses and actionable insights. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data manipulation. Experience with macros and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) is a plus. Strong data wrangling skills, including cleaning, transforming, combining, and analyzing large datasets using SQL or comparable tools. Python proficiency is a plus. Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms, including experience with data integration, workflow automation, and streamlining reporting and approval processes. Ability to interpret analytical findings, identify business implications, and communicate recommendations clearly to nontechnical audiences. Strong attention to detail, analytical curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with media or marketing performance metrics and their relationship to business outcomes is valuable, including experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. Experience at a media agency, marketing agency, or in a performance-focused marketing organization is an advantage, as is exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, incrementality testing, or other marketing measurement approaches. Experience working with geographic and market-level data, including Designated Market Area (DMA) analysis, is a plus. Experience using AI-assisted analytical tools and workflows for data preparation, wrangling, automation, and analysis, with appropriate attention to accuracy, validation, and data privacy. What Success Looks Like Media and client performance data can be analyzed more efficiently and consistently, even when sourced from disparate or imperfect reporting systems. Planning and investment teams have greater visibility into the factors influencing performance across channels, markets, and campaigns. Analytical findings go beyond reporting what happened to help explain potential performance drivers, implications for paid media strategy, and opportunities for optimizations to improve business outcomes. Dashboards and recurring analyses provide reliable, accessible information that supports faster and better-informed decisions. The agency develops more scalable analytical capabilities that strengthen its performance-first approach to media planning, investment, and optimization. The Ideal Candidate You are as interested in understanding why performance changed as you are in reporting what changed. You enjoy working with data, are resourceful in finding ways to organize and analyze it, and know how to turn complex findings into insights that others can act on. You understand that the value of analytics is not simply producing reports or dashboards, but helping teams make better decisions and deliver stronger business outcomes.
