Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Location: South Africa Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) Key Responsibilities• Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes • Review documentation, reports, and case materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards • Utilize QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach) to evaluate performance and identify gaps • Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across varying scenarios and cases • Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement • Analyze data using Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards • Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation • Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders • Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools Requirements• Previous experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, compliance, auditing, or a similar role preferred.
