SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA)

Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP HCM modules including TM, OM, and PA. Analyze business requirements and provide effective SAP HCM solutions. Manage employee master data, organizational structures, and time management processes. Implement and support payroll-related integrations with PA and TM modules. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Prepare functional specifications and support documentation. Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA. Good understanding of Personnel Administration actions and organizational structures. Experience in Time Management configuration, work schedules, absence/attendance management, and quota processing. Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with Payroll and SuccessFactors is an added advantage. Experience in support, implementation, or upgrade projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
