Senior Product Manager - Commerce

Who is Boulevard? Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most. Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen. We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most. Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too. Come Do the Best Work of Your Life at Boulevard Every transaction that flows through Boulevard is a moment of truth — for the client who just received a service, and for the business trying to run a great operation. Commerce isn’t just a feature layer; it’s the transactional layer that thousands of businesses rely on to deliver exceptional client service, transact, and grow revenue. When the experience is right, it’s seamless. When it’s not, friction ripples from the front desk all the way into the business’ books. As Boulevard expands upmarket, supports complex franchise brands, and grows internationally, the commerce experience has to scale with it — more flexible, more reliable, and more intuitive for the operators and clients who depend on it every day. As Senior PM for Commerce Experience, you’ll partner closely with a dedicated engineering and design team, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate underlying capabilities into experiences that feel obvious, trustworthy, and complete for a business and their clients. You’ll bring rigor to how we measure and improve those experiences over time, using data and customer insight to continuously close the gap between where things are and where they need to be. What You’ll Bring -5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B or SaaS environment and a track record of owning consumer-facing flows end-to-end -Systems thinker: You connect the dots across complex workflows, multiple persona types, and technical constraints — and translate that into product decisions that feel simple to the people on the receiving end, whether that’s a client completing a transaction or an operator running a multi-location business -Commerce to close: You’ve owned experiences that span the full transaction lifecycle — from checkout through to financial reporting, accounting and the other data surfaces andbusiness tools operators depend on -Strong design partnership: You bring design in early, push the thinking together, and hold a high bar for experience quality without losing sight of what’s shippable -Bias toward outcomes: You navigate ambiguity by anchoring on what actually matters — cutting through noise to find the right problem, and measuring your work by whether it moved something real for the business or the people using it -Cross-functional influence: You’ve worked effectively across product, engineering, and adjacent teams without direct authority, and you know how to move work forward when ownership lines are blurry -Fluency with AI tools as part of your own practice — to accelerate discovery, sharpen tradeoffs, or move faster Preferred -Experience in vertical SaaS, or services-industry platforms How We Will Take Care Of You At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role.
