Description: Seeking an experienced Rust Backend Architect for an AI training project focused on production-grade Rust development and backend architecture. Responsibilities include solving technical problems, building testing environments, and ensuring backend solutions meet production-quality standards. Requirements: Strong hands-on proficiency in Rust with experience in backend service design, APIs, and data persistence. Ability to debug complex backend issues and evaluate asynchronous and concurrent systems. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
