System & Network Engineer (Level II)

Description: Responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. Provide technical expertise in system and network administration for on-premises and cloud-based systems. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience as a System and Network Administrator with a proven track record in network and data center technologies. 3-4 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, with proficiency in ticketing systems. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and firewall technologies. Certification in relevant areas such as Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, VCP).
