Description: Seeking an experienced Technical Lead in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Lead a team of 5–10 technical trainers to develop realistic scientific and engineering tasks for AI training and evaluation. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in relevant fields. Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with proficiency in C/C++ and other programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.). Advanced proficiency in Linux environments and terminal-based development workflows. Hands-on expertise in technical domains like parallel computing, circuit simulation, or digital hardware design.
