Robotics, you are the technical interface between customers, vendors and Sales. You analyze use cases in logistics, manufacturing and retail, translate requirements into concrete robotics solutions, and accompany demos, pilots and proofs of concept through to decision readiness. Tasks Customer requirements & solution concepts Analyse von Kunden-Use-Cases in Logistik, Manufacturing und Retail Design suitable robotics solutions, e.g. AMRs, service robots and cobots Explain complex technical solutions in simple, understandable language Prepare technical concepts, solution outlines and decision templates Demos, Piloten & Sales Support Conduct and accompany demos, pilots and proofs of concept Create technical offers, proposals and ROI calculations Support the Sales team in the quotation phase and in closing deals Pre-sales support as well as initial technical after-sales support after project start Interface to vendors and customers Main point of contact between vendors, customers and internal teams for technical questions Testing, setup and troubleshooting within customer projects Derive repeatable use cases from pilot projects and customer feedback Qualifications Professional qualifications Degree, vocational training or comparable experience in robotics, automation, mechatronics or a similar field 3 to 7 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, pre-sales or a comparable technical customer role Strong understanding of robotics systems and their integration into existing processes Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written Personal competencies Customer-oriented demeanor and experience in direct customer communication Ability to explain complex solutions simply, clearly and persuasively Hands-on mindset for testing, setup and troubleshooting Structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working Must-have Experience with industrial automation or robotics Customer-facing Experience in technischer Beratung, Presales, Application Engineering oder ähnlichen Rollen Nice-to-have Experience with AMR or warehouse robotics Knowledge of PLC, IoT or system integration Success after 6 months Build 5 to 10 qualified customer opportunities Accompany 2 to 3 successful pilots or proofs of concept.
