Measures of success are • Within your first month, you will have working knowledge of Collibra’s core incentive comp plans and mechanics, have shadowed one to two commission closes, and be managing inquiry tickets with Senior Manager oversight on non-standard cases. • Within your third month, you will run monthly close independently with Senior Manager spot-checks, deliver the payroll file on time, and contribute to ICM implementation testing and reconciliation including parallel-run discrepancy work, with go-live sign-off remaining a shared decision. • Within your sixth month, you will hold SLA compliance above 95% on all inquiries, have zero payroll correction cycles attributable to calculation errors, and have documented SOPs for the team’s top ten processes.
