Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Description: Lead the technical execution of initiatives from requirements to production release. Shape scalable frontend architecture decisions balancing speed, quality, and maintainability. Contribute to the evolution of React and Electron applications, improving libraries and system design. Identify risks and validate assumptions in ambiguous problem spaces. Ensure codebase health by reducing technical debt and improving test coverage. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams on trade-offs and requirements. Monitor and resolve production issues, contributing to system observability and incident response. Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing. Align technical decisions with business priorities and customer impact. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in modern web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript. 3+ years of experience with React or similar frameworks. Proven experience leading technical implementation of production features. Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization.
