DevOps Engineer

Description: Vannevar builds AI systems for the Department of War's missions with 125 deployments across various branches. Seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage build and deployment automation, impacting the company's future. Focus on simple systems for easier maintenance and scalability, with effective communication of trade-offs. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering. Experience with CI/CD processes and automation. Deep knowledge of AWS cloud technology. Familiarity with PLG stack, Datadog, and enterprise monitoring tools. Proficient in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi) and containerization (Docker). Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages. Experience in agile scrum environments and ability to work independently. U.S. Citizenship required; TS/SCI with FSP Clearance needed.
