Über die Rolle To build our team in Germany, we are looking for experienced and dedicated dental technicians (m/f/d) for the Customer Experience area. You bring your solid dental technical expertise and work directly with dentists on key tasks such as patient scans, case preparation, and design adjustments. Your task is to provide real-time technical support and thereby ensure high-quality results and an outstanding experience for every dentist. Deine Aufgaben Gemeinsame Fallplanung & Designabstimmung: You work in real time with dentists, review constructions, and optimize them with regard to aesthetics and function. For complex restorations, you provide expert advice and promote the safe use of our digital tools. Klinischer Live-Support: You communicate directly with the practice team by phone, chat, and video call. In doing so, you resolve technical obstacles, clarify questions about workflows, and provide empathetic, efficient service. Schnittstelle zwischen Praxis und Labor: You act as the link between dentists and Dandy's manufacturing teams by precisely translating clinical feedback into dental technical specifications for production. Das bringst du mit Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Zahntechniker:in. CAD/CAM-Expertise: Mindestens 2 Jahre fundierte Anwendererfahrung mit 3Shape (insbesondere Kronen- und Brückentechnik sowie Implantatprothetik). Digitale Workflows: Tiefgehendes Verständnis digitaler Prozessketten (Intraoralscans, Scanbodies, Implantatsysteme und CAD-Design-Standards). Technikaffinität: Fähigkeit, sich rasch in neue zahntechnische Softwareplattformen einzuarbeiten. Service- und Kommunikationskompetenz: Demonstrable experience in professionally dealing with dentists, pronounced empathy, and skillful complaint and problem management. Experience in laboratory-side customer service or field sales is an advantage. Sicheres Auftreten im Direktkontakt: Enjoyment of spontaneous exchange via chat, phone, and video calls with dental practitioners, as well as the ability to quickly build trust.
