Enterprise Account Executive

Location: United States MPLC provides a legal way to show movies and TV in public or commercial spaces across the globe. Our business has been running for 30 years, and we are the number one trusted partner to studios and producers for public performance licensing. We work with every major Hollywood studio and hundreds of independents, and we work hard to educate organizations about the importance of respecting copyright. MPLC is a key player in the entertainment and intellectual property ecosystem. Our aim is to allow companies to use great movie and programming content while ensuring that content creators get paid fairly for their work. We are on a truly exciting journey as a company. We’re growing quickly, investing in our teams, and we have bold plans to make 2026 our best year ever. As part of our growth, we are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to join our US Sales team. The job in two bullet points: Land new Fortune 1000 and government clients, driving revenue through public performance licenses. Own high-value territory, orchestrating complex, multi-channel sales cycles from prospecting to close — with uncapped commissions rewarding top performers. Who You Are Strategic & Tenacious: You know how to proactively build and nurture pipeline, moving past roadblocks with executive presence and persistence. Resilient Under Pressure: You handle rejection well and excel at navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. Detail & Compliance-Oriented: You appreciate the nuance of regulatory language and copyright compliance, using it as a commercial asset rather than a hurdle. Collaborative: Our sales team is full of strategic consultants and educators; you'll share best practices to continuously optimize how we generate and convert leads. The Reality of the Role As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll target high-value accounts across Fortune 1000 companies and state and federal government agencies. You will manage a 3–6 month enterprise sales cycle targeting senior decision-makers. Most initial engagement relies on multi-channel cold outreach (sales automation, email, and phone). This isn't an easy sell: not everyone will agree they need what we're selling, and you will handle rejection with absolute resilience, turning stalls or initial pushback into pipeline opportunities. If that sounds like a challenge you're ready for—with uncapped earning potential to match—keep reading.
