Own Problem-Solving: Step into complex challenges across the partner lifecycle and chart a clear path forward to build repeatable, programmatic solutions. Optimize the Partner Experience: Lead and refine core partner onboarding pathways, lifecycle touchpoints, and support workflows to deliver a seamless, world-class journey for external ecosystems. Accelerate Partner Revenue Mechanics: Build and execute operational frameworks that eliminate transaction friction, streamline incentive administration, and maximize partner-sourced revenue pipelines. Manage Technology & Vendor Capabilities: Serve as a strategic owner for key components of our partner tech stack and vendor relationships, ensuring our data models and tools are optimized for ecosystem scale rather than mere maintenance. Orchestrate High-Touch Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive partner engagement strategies, ensuring clear, accessible program documentation, impactful updates, and consistent enablement communications across all segments. Lead Cross-Functional Project Execution: Develop and run end-to-end project plans for new partner initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and timely milestone delivery.
