Your experience may come from professional work, internships, coursework, open source, or personal projects. A foundation in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience building interfaces and the ability to reason about how they are built Care for visual craft and how people use software, including an interest in accessible interfaces and thoughtful interaction Hands-on fluency with AI coding tools, providing useful context and evaluating and improving generated output Ownership and a willingness to learn, following work through, communicating when you need help, and seeking feedback Curiosity about reusable systems and the tradeoffs involved in serving different product needs with shared solutions An interest in solving problems alongside designers and engineers, contributing ideas, and understanding product needs Experience with design systems, prototyping, or developer tooling is a plus, though it is not required Mercury values diversity and belonging and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. *Mercury is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank.
