Senior, ML Engineer - VLM

Description: Lead the offline dataset pipeline for VLM/VLA training datasets from multi-sensor data. Develop VLM-assisted auto-labeling and reasoning-grounded labels to enhance model training. Curate datasets to improve model performance and close the data flywheel. Collaborate with model teams to ensure dataset quality and delivery. Scale pipelines on cloud infrastructure and mentor junior engineers. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience (Bachelor's) or 3+ years (Master's) in relevant roles. Proficiency in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and multimodal/VLM experience. Experience with distributed ML frameworks and MLOps tooling. Strong Python development skills and familiarity with cloud-based environments.
