Research Scientist - Education Data Systems

Description: Serve as principal investigator on research using state longitudinal data systems and linked education and workforce data. Collaborate with education, employer, research, and community partners to enhance policy and practice. Requirements: Proven experience leading education research with administrative or longitudinal data. Familiarity with state education agencies and state longitudinal data systems. Strong quantitative skills (Stata, R, SAS, or Python) and knowledge of causal or descriptive methods. Understanding of FERPA, data-sharing agreements, and IRB processes.
