Talent Acquisition & HR Tech Company - Software Engineer

Contribute to the development and maintenance of web-based applications, particularly in Talent Matching and Rediscovery, using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch and AI/ML techniques. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in production software development. Proficiency in Ruby, C#, Java, or Python (Ruby on Rails preferred). Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills, including React. Full-stack experience with backend systems, APIs, and modern frontend development. Production experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, including indexing and query design. Experience with search, ranking, recommendation, or matching systems. Practical application of AI/ML techniques in production. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
