Engineering Team Lead (SDET)

Description: Lead a team responsible for quality engineering, test automation, release engineering, and engineering enablement. Support modernization of a large-scale financial services platform using modern cloud technologies and legacy systems. Requirements: 7+ years of software engineering experience with significant test automation experience. 2+ years as an Engineering Team Lead with hands-on technical leadership and Agile delivery. Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages. Expertise in designing automation frameworks for distributed systems and APIs. Proficiency with AI-assisted tools like Claude, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL. Ability to manage complex test data and troubleshoot integration issues. Excellent communication skills and a strong Agile mindset.
