Principal Technical Consultant - AI/AWS Cloud Platform Engineering

Description: AHEAD builds platforms for digital business, focusing on cloud infrastructure, automation, and analytics. The Principal Technical Consultant will lead AWS assessments, design AI agent platforms, and ensure client teams can operate independently post-engagement. Requirements: 8+ years in engineering or technical consulting, with 5+ years in AWS infrastructure and 18 months in GenAI or agent systems. Proven delivery leadership experience, including mentoring junior consultants and managing client engagements. Strong knowledge of AWS landing zones, migrations, and core services. Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and agent frameworks. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices. Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $210,000 - $230,000 per year.
