Description: Build and improve Machine Learning (ML) systems for AI-native applications. Work on classification, retrieval, ranking, personalization, and evaluation from model development to production deployment. 100% Remote position. Must be willing to take a 60-minute coding assessment. Requirements: Required experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Strong foundations in ML and modern neural architectures. Hands-on experience with deploying ML models in production. Experience in classification, ranking, retrieval, recommendation systems, or personalization. Understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance metrics. Proficient in writing production-quality code and working with real-world datasets. Familiarity with tech stack: Python, PyTorch/JAX, embeddings, vector search, and ranking models.
